Welcome to Traditional Gymnastics

       We are a family owned and operated business that has been serving communities all throughout North Carolina for over 25 years. Currently we are located in Goldsboro on HWY 70 West next to Carolina Overhead Doors with over 7,000 square feet of gym equipment. We offer a program that progresses students and helps them transition from class to class. Your child can grow in their pursuit of gymnastics at our faculty as we offer girls gymnastics for 4 years old and up. Our program offers classes from beginners up to competitive team and all steps in the middle. We are the only gymnastics facility in Goldsboro that is fully equipped with all four of the Olympic Women's Competitive Gymnastics Events: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor. We also have a 40 foot trampoline, strap bar,  multiple beams, additional single rail bars, tons of wedges, octagons and other shapes to help with your Childs development through gymnastics. We foster a safe, healthy, and friendly environment with skilled staff ready to aid your child with gymnastics skills!
